SELPHICO is a content studio for aesthetic archetype, outfit, visual reference, and Pinterest content planning workflows. This policy explains what information SELPHICO may process when you use the website, studio, or connected platform integrations.

Information We Process

SELPHICO may process account configuration, content briefs, draft text, inspiration links, generated visual prompts, publishing queue metadata, and platform integration data that you intentionally provide or connect.

Pinterest Data

If you connect Pinterest, SELPHICO may request limited access needed to read boards, prepare Pins, and publish reviewed Pins when you approve that workflow. We use Pinterest data only to operate the content workflow you requested. We do not sell Pinterest account data.

AI Providers

SELPHICO may send prompts, briefs, source notes, and generation instructions to configured AI providers such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, or other providers selected by the workspace owner. Do not enter sensitive personal information into prompts or source notes.

Cookies and Tokens

SELPHICO may use cookies or secure server-side storage to keep users signed in and to maintain connected service sessions. OAuth tokens are used only to call the connected service on behalf of the authorized user.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, database, AI, analytics, and connected publishing platforms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

Content drafts, queue items, generated assets, and integration records are kept while they are useful for the workspace. You can request deletion of workspace data or connected platform tokens.
