These terms govern use of SELPHICO, a studio for planning, generating, reviewing, and preparing aesthetic and fashion-oriented content workflows.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the content, source material, images, links, and platform accounts you provide or connect. You must only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

Human Review

SELPHICO is designed for human-in-the-loop publishing. AI-generated drafts, image prompts, metadata, and publishing payloads should be reviewed before publication.

Platform Rules

When using integrations such as Pinterest, you agree to follow the connected platform developer terms, community guidelines, API policies, and access restrictions.

Content Safety

SELPHICO content must not make medical, health, ethnicity, age, or personality claims based on a person's face or appearance. Aesthetic archetypes are treated as visual and styling hypotheses, not fixed identity labels.

AI Outputs

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific platform. You are responsible for checking facts, rights, sources, image quality, and publication readiness.

No Warranty

SELPHICO is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, platform approval, account growth, content performance, or publishing outcomes.
